About the Designer - Pamela LeBlanc Mom of two boys and CEO|Founder of Journey Light. With 12 years between her boys a lot changes. When she was pregnant with her second son the media was constantly talking about the concerns of BPA's (Bisphenol A) and phthalates being hazardous to the health and development of our babies. Pamela was traveling with her boys and changing her infant in some undesirable places, but refused to buy a changing pad with a vinyl changing area knowing the concerns. She wasn't able to find anything that was made without the use of plastic, so she designed one herself - One Small Change Portable Diaper Changing Station & Tote is everything Pamela was looking for. From that she designed diaper bags to work with One Small Change, and from that came the concept for Journey Light.
